About the Owner

I am a proud breast cancer survivor since 1989, when I was diagnosed with level 3 metastatic breast cancer. I was a 36-year-old single mother with a son and a daughter to look after, and I was told that I would be lucky to live 2 years. Through the grace of God I am still here, and I now have six beautiful grandchildren who are the light of my life. Life is a miracle, and every day is a gift from God.

I now live on a small disability pension, because I also suffer from fibromyalgia which causes chronic pain and fatigue. I do not own a car, so all packages are delivered to the post office on foot. Because of this, I am not always able to make a trip to the post office every day, especially during severe winter weather. Your patience and understanding are much appreciated.

Running an online store has been both a joy and a challenge. I have met so many wonderful people from all over the world through this business, and I especially enjoy it when people send me photos of their finished projects. It is wonderful to see so many creative ideas, and it is especially rewarding to be able to be a small part of your creative process. Thanks so much to all of my customers for giving me the opportunity to supply you with your crafting needs and also to all my Flying Cart Partners.
